BK Weightlifting (Beginners to Advanced)
This camp is ideal for anyone interested in weightlifting, bodybuilding, power lifting, or being fit and well rounded in the gym. Campers will go through the basics to more advanced knowledge and skills of weightlifting to have a successful and awesome time in the gym and other activities in life. The camp would include increasing strength, mobility, creating workout plans, tips to avoid injuries, how to get leaner, put on muscle, ways to meet your goals, and of course time to have fun in the gym with other campers with a few competitions!
Parents should be aware that all standard COVID-19 safety precautions will be used to ensure the maximum safety of their children.
Cost: $145
Program Dates: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from July 6th - July 22nd
